Events to enjoy include; Luna Park in Paderborn a bicycle fair & auction in Schloss Neuhaus, a new play park with the summer programme of free exercise classes start in Paderborn.

18th May Family day at LWL- Prussian Museum Minden
On the last day of the special exhibition "Prussia at Sea." Children can make their own flags,Learn nautical knots or search for treasure in the sand. There's also a bouncy castle, face painting, and cake. Drive time is 53 mins . Cost for the craft program: 3€ per child. Free admission to the exhibitions.

A nearly 50-meter-long wooden walkway leads visitors past large and small "mills," offering exciting discoveries for all ages. A small water forest was created beneath the tree canopy, facing Stolbergallee, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Loosely spaced picnic areas also invite visitors to take relaxing breaks and enjoy time together from playing.

The 'Sports im Park' programme is live. This is the Free to attend classes ( German Language) held outdoors on the Pader Weisswen each week. includes Yoga, Zumba, work out and a training session with SCP 07 .

17th -18th May Bad Lippspringe Sand Worlds fairy tail giant sand sculptures show starts on Fri for the weekend. Artists from all over Europe have create sculpture throughout the park on a trail for families to explore.
On Sunday a Children's festival is part of the Sand Worlds. From 11.00 to 17.00, little knights and princesses can look forward to three magical bouncy castles.
At the same time, they can try archery, and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., children's face painting will take place. Adults 9.50 Euro, kids up to 17 go free.
