Centrica - Newly qualified Gas Engineers and Apprenticeship roles

Exciting news; we have just begun a huge recruitment drive for newly qualified gas engineers and apprenticeship roles (Word Document attached).

NEWLY QUALIFIED ROUTE:

• You'll need current ACS accreditation (including CCN1, CENWAT or CEN1/WAT1, and CPA1)
• Must be able to demonstrate experience of working on your own doing servicing and/or repairing boilers
• A genuine passion for developing your trade, striving for a successful career & providing awesome customer service
• A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
• Availability to attend training at our UK-wide academies, with provided accommodation and travel if needed.

APPRENTICE ROUTE:​

• 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
• A genuine passion for learning a trade, striving for a successful career & providing awesome customer service
• A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
• Availability to attend training at our UK-wide academies, with provided accommodation and travel if needed.
• Must be able to fulfil the physical requirements of the role, i.e. able to bend, stretch, kneel and crouch, as well as be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces – you'll also be expected to carry heavy items such as radiators, boilers and other work related equipment.

Starting salary £17,000 which increases as you achieve certain milestones of your apprenticeship, in addition we offer a London Geo allowance where applicable.
