The BBQ & Streetfood Festival in Verl for the whole family

Directions

12 Food stalls will cater for meaty, vegetarian & vegan choices. For the kids a  specially equipped kids area with a bouncy castle, while parents enjoy their food and drinks

For the first time, a selection of sports cars will also be on display, which may be helpful when deciding on your next car.

On Saturday evening, our DJ awaits you with the Food & Wine Lounge, where you can try our wine and menus in a great evening atmosphere.

Paderborn special event tours

31st March - Explore The Water Cellar- Paderborn Imperial Palace Museum 15:00


The tour is free to join you will need to pay €4.50 to enter the museum. Families get to the bottom of the legends surrounding the Paderborn springs and explore the spring cellar together in the museum in the Imperial Palace and in the Pader spring area.

Bad Lippspringe Forest Lights 



Enjoy the forest with brand new lights for this year. Food and drink available from the beer stand. 

The prices for the forest lighting are valid from 4 p.m.

€9.50 for young people and adults   
€3.00 children aged 3 to 17 inclusive

Entrance until 9:00 p.m
Lighting until 10:30 p.m


Bonfires - Celebrate the end of winter in the traditional German style with a bonfire to scare of the dark of winter and welcome in spring.


Every year, Lent ends in Arnsberg with a remarkable Easter fire spectacle with huge fireworks displays.

On Easter Sunday, after dark, 350 torchbearers parade past the Stations of the Cross bathed in Bengali light and then form a huge cross on the top of the mountain.

With all the church bells in the city ringing solemnly, the pile of wood is lit and Easter songs are heard. A fireworks display concludes this remarkable event.

Ludge 46 mins from Sennelager  -  Ludge Giant burning wheels

Every year on the first Sunday after the first spring full moon, in Lügde, following the custom of the fathers, on the first day of Easter at nightfall, burning wheels are rolled down from the Osterberg into the Emmer valley at 9 p.m.


Recklinghausen Palmkirmes 1hr 20mins from Sennelager

The Recklinghausen Easter fireworks take place this week on the 21st at 9pm. 
The Palm Kirmes runs until the 24th March.
